At Stand Theory, we believe shopping should be simple and transparent. That's why we currently offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on eligible orders across India.

We currently ship to serviceable locations across India.

Some remote or restricted locations may have limited courier availability.

2. FREE SHIPPING

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is available on eligible products and orders within India.

You will see the applicable shipping option and any applicable charges at checkout before completing your order.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to verify your order before processing it.

4. DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with you through the contact details provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking information to follow the progress of your shipment.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number and other contact information are correct when placing your order.

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional arrangements may be required before the order can be delivered again.

7. DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

While we work with delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, Stand Theory cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

8. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs or a video of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.
